What you really need to know:
I love hip hop. I'm a hip hop fan first, a music fan second, a DJ third. I can and will rock the crowd, but mostly I try to play to the hip hop fan in you...not the "keep it realest" hip hop head who can't see the brilliance in The Blueprint cause "Jay-Z is commercial", nor the disciple of the MTV hip hop that's been fed to all of us in the past decade. The hip hop fan who recognizes the balance in the culture and the music: from gangster rap to skateboard rap to crack rap to "conscious" rap...good hip hop is good hip hop. So if that's you, come on through...and if you stick to a certain "type" of hip hop...come and open your mind...you'll hear something you knew you liked...and you'll hear something you didn't know you liked...
