Originally from Chicago, IL, Alisha Grommes grew up in a world surrounded by music. Her first performances were in a piano lounge at the age of 8. Conversations stopped a necks craned to see the little power house belt standards and show tunes.
Acting also called and worked in tandem with her music aspirations. She performed leading lady roles in Oklahoma, The Sound of Music, and My Fair Lady along with placing 1st in State solo competitions for 4 years. While working on her bachelors in Broadcast Communications at North Central College, she also sang Soprano I with the NCC Woman's Chorale and the select Chamber Ensemble.
In 2006, Alisha moved to Hollywood, CA to pursue music publicity and work behind the scenes in the industry. She is now performing again in the Los Angeles area.
