I could start this text by saying that MG's pedals and amps are made with the best materials available .....both today's raw materials and also those from the past. But I won't.
What I would like to testify here is that everything started over thirty years ago, when I heard for the first time records like John Mayall & Bluesbreakers with Eric Clapton, Exile on Main Street-Stones, and Band of Gypsies-Hendrix. What first caught me was the guitar tone in these records....pure soul, as if you felt the guitar being naturally amplified.
A real sound!! Our amps follow this path. This is the reason we don't like to install reverb in the circuit. We leave it as pure as possible.
Simplicity!
One of our priorities is to fit into the customer's own needs. We make amps by first thinking of you. This philosophy is also applied to our guitar and bass pedals. I was influenced by California's 60's psychedelic sound....that noisy but still musical fuzz....or the sophisticated and still weird Univibe sound from Hendrix.
David Gilmour's analog delay and Funkadelic's Eddie Hazel inspired our analog delay "That's Echo Folks". We do special design and tone shaping so you can be sure it will work for you. We pay special attention to the look and packaging of each amp and pedal, and make them with humor and spirit that may be lacking nowdays in our lives.....the pedal's layouts are also a tribute to the products from the 60's and 70's.
Let these sounds inspire us all!!!!
Peace!
