The 10th edition of the Inteon Jazztival started Saturday 24th and lasted untill Sunday the 25th of November 2007 in the Derlon Theater, Cafe Zuid and Cafe De Vitrine. All located at the modern Centre Ceramique in Maastricht (NL).
We proudly presented: New Cool Collective Big Band, Nueva Manteca, Eric Vloeimans Fugimundi, Brownies Colours, Michel Bisceglia Trio, Bert Joris Quartet, Frank Giebels Trio, Slim Kumulus Bigband feat. Mo'Jones, VitzKids BigBand and the Jazztival Big Band conducted by Bert Joris.

Inteon Jazztival Maastricht is a two day festival held during the last weekend in November, characterised by an athmosphere of real passion for jazz music. Inteon Jazztival Maastricht is the result of close cooperation between the Maastricht School of Music Kumulus (the Maastricht Arts Centre) and the Foundation for Limburg Improvised Music.
In addition to that there is the presentation of the annual Jerry van Rooyen Award, consisting of a glass sculpture by Boris Sipek and a money-prize. It is awarded to a person or organization that has contributed to the development of jazz music in Limburg. Award winners: Searing Quartet, Charli Green, Geert Roelofs, Rob Bruynen, Joep van Leeuwen and the Carlo Nardozza Quintet.
In a word Inteon Jazztival Maastricht is a must for everyone who has a passion for jazz!
