Tomas started playing the saxophone in 1996. He played in a lot of youth popbands. His love for music grew bigger,
and he started playing more and more. In 2003 he got into the conservatory of Utrecht, where he studied with Piet Noordijk and Marc Scholten.
Even though he loved doing this, his interest in writing and recording his own music was so big,that he went to a music-production school, where he is still studing today.
Besides the saxophone, he also plays the EWI ( an electric wind intrument, which is a saxophone synthesizer, check the music to hear what it sounds like ), plays the keys and sings.
He is currently involved in several projects:
Arts the Beatdoctor ( jazz/hiphop )
Tomas Delfgaauw quartet ( his own jazz-quartet )
playing with DJ's
