Faith in Jesus Christ is a commitment to the One whose life becomes our life and transforms us. That is the great gift of God's grace–the Spirit of God living in us, guiding us, and making us more like Him.
How You May Receive Christ As Savior:
To begin your relationship with God and to establish your place in heaven, you must begin by praying, which is simply talking to God. Here is a simple prayer that will help you so you too will be saved:
"God, I know I need a Savior. I confess that I have sinned, and I know that my sins will keep me out of heaven. I understand there is not one single thing I can do to earn my way into heaven. Right now I am placing all of my trust in Christ’s death on the cross. I believe that You died for all of my sins and rose from the dead with all power! I believe You ascended into heaven and are seated at the right hand of God the Father. I believe one day You will come back, and I want to go with You to heaven and not to hell! Right now I accept You as my Lord and Savior, and ask You to come into my heart! I commit my life to You now and forever!!! Thank You for forgiving me and filling me with Your Holy Spirit!"
