About Me

New video for ’These Things, They Fell Apart’!
Access Zero was born in Phoenix, Arizona during the summer of 2006. The trio, comprised of previous members of the Azoic and Dubok, have set out to fuse the styles and attitudes of their past efforts. The end result is a collection of infectious and intelligent tracks with powerful and introspective vocals.
Elias is one of the founding members of Dubok , a respected electro/industrial act that has released 3 full-length records and two singles. They have appeared on numerous compilations, and played for audiences across the United States.
A drummer by trade, Elias began programming in 1998, around the time of Dubok’s inception. He continued drumming live for the band, but his affinity for programming and production slowly took center stage. As Dubok’s live presence faded, he embraced the roles of live drummer for Pressure:Penetration , and keyboard player for Manda and the Marbles .
Now with Access Zero, Elias is on the frontline, contributing not only as a programmer... but also as the lead singer.
Steve Laskarides is one the founding members of The Azoic , a well-known EBM act that has released 4 full-length records and 2 EPs. With the Azoic, Steve has participated in several US tours, played a handful of major European festivals, and appeared on numerous compilations. Steve’s previous work can also be found on the wildly popular Xbox video game "Dance Dance Revolution ULTRAMIXÂ® 3" and the MTV show "Made". He also owns and operates a successful mastering/production business.
Steve brings significant experience to the band, but he believes his past accomplishments are a mere stepping stone in preparation for something much greater - Access Zero.
Yana K. comes from St. Petersburg, Russia, where she played violin for a symphonic orchestra. She started early, picking up the violin at age 6 and the piano at age 9. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Music Business and also teaches kids music. Yana joined the The Azoic in September of 2004, contributing as a programmer and live keyboard player.
This is the first time Yana has been a part of a band since day 1 and its an experience she holds close to her heart. She contributes her past experience as a programmer, composer, and video editor to Access Zero.
Currently, the band is working diligently in preparation for their debut release, tentatively titled "Living In Transition". They are seeking North American and European representation.
