DRIL is an electronic music project created and produced by Tony Williams. Embracing many genres and musical styles, the project reflects a continuous change in energy and direction.

The first release is a self-titled 12 track album of plush emotional initiative with a varying degree of styles and sound. Many of the tracks lyrics and titles were created using the cut up method pioneered by William S. Burroughs. Much of the album is composed with strictly analog synthesizers and custom built circuit bent equipment.

Tony has produced a number of musical projects including "Eighth Man" whose song "smart bomb" appeared on the Ras DVA compilation "There is no time".

Under the now defunct moniker "Two Soviets" Tony produced several remixes for artists including Depeche Mode, Conjure One, Nine Inch Nails, Temple of the Times, and Good Courage.
