Based in San Francisco, we've been teaching rope bondage workshops, rigging photo shoots and performing bondage shows as a team since 1999, as the Two Knotty Boys .
Before that, we had both become bondage afficianados on our own, tying up girlfirends, playing at fetish clubs and helping fetish photographers and models create the look they were going for. It was while tying women for one such bondage model search that we first noticed we shared the same aesthetic of clean lines and decorative knots. We became friends and decided to go into the bondage business as a duo.
If you've ever been to one of our workshops or you know us in person, you know we have a fun time with bdsm and take it a bit more lightheartedly than your typical Doms. It is called "play" after all.
Rope bondage is one of the most popular sensual fantasies around...yet most people don't even know how to get started. Yet that can make it an unsafe and sloppy-looking experiment. What we stress in our lessons and shows is that bondage doesn't have to be scary, unsafe or ugly. It can be artistic and effective all at once. It doesn't take any more time to tie rope bondage that's attractive, safe and functional; you just have to know a few simple techniques. Your own creativity can make it grow from there. That's been our mission to share since 1999.
