About Me

"EMS" is four guys that love to play music. We have all played for many years, with numerous different bands. We do it for the fun and not the money (but the money doesn't suck when it's time to pay the bar tab). Being a little more mature in age, egos are not a problem. We're four guys that love to jam and have a good time.We play Classic Rock, Southern Rock and Blues. On lead vocals and guitar is Mike Paulette -- Randy Reed is vocals and guitar -- Bob Manginelli is on drums, harp and vocals -- Our latest addition is Pete Weicht on electric bass guitar. All of us are into different styles of music but from Hard Rock to Southern Rock to Blues it just seems to work. It makes for some very interesting mixes of styles but no matter what we play, we always have fun with it!We would love to have you come hear us!!! We play lots of great tunes to either shake your ass or stomp your feet to. You are sure to have a great time...we always do.Since we've been asked so many times "What does EMS stand for?" I thought I would explain. We originally started out as "Every Mother's Son" until we found out there was a band from the 60's called "Every Monther's Son". Since we didn't want to infringe, we just shortned the name to "EMS" until we could decide on something else. We seem to have just accepted the name "EMS" and kept it at that (maybe we're just lazy). Now we either tell them it stands for "4 guys that hate bowling" or "Early Morning Sex"...either way we go, they go away scratching their head. Hey, we're easy, cheap, and like to laugh! -- ---------------------------- Sweet Home Alabama
