About Me
WORLDS COLLIDE is a live mash-up of three distinct musical traditions:
Balinese-style GAMELAN SEMARA WINANGUN, Ghana-style AKPOKLI DRUM & DANCE SOCIETY
and Sun Ra-style RAKE-STAR.....RAKE-STAR convenes periodically in various sizes and shapes to explore the vast Sun Ra songbook and to create new original music.....RADAR and UZUMAKI are improvising trios which also play original compositions.
