My Interests

when I was eighteen, I began working at Yves Saint Laurentafter having studied at the French Federation of Couture and Pret a Porter and carrying out an internship at Karl Lagerfeld.Following three years at YSL and in order to broaden my scope, I became Fashion Editor at Harper's Bazar and stylist for Italien Vogue. This offered me opportunities to work with fotographers like Guy Bourdin .. and Ellen von Unverth. Followed by taking on the role of stylist, i working for John Galliano and Romeo Gigli.Further developed my technical ability whilst working with CHRISTIAN LACROIX

Today JP TOURIGNY style projects itself in such a direction as to attract an accomplished woman who wants express her personality, playing with the rules of time and using her childlike fantasies ....... _____________________ ..NOEMIE LENOIR_____My inspiration come from every women but some actress and model's exalt my crÃ©ativity ...

That was really inspiring for a young stylist/designer to work and to have that great complicity with Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington, Amber Valetta...and the beginning of long time collaborations with Julien d'Ys.That was Linda who give me JP's nickname. i keep it later in my label name.She's really amazing!!! she should be every women front of the camera, androgyne, ultra feminine ...

LAURA MARS EYES Faye Dunaway playing a fashion photographer with Helmut Newton's pictures influence me to work with fashion photographers .....

Then to Meet Christy when i begin to be fashion editor was a shock !!! the other shock was Steven Meisel.
