Left Philly and went to West Chester University where I learned how to DJ and found a passion for entertaining. I left West Chester after my Junior year and came back to Philly and began my acting career. I studied at Freedom Theatre under the direction of H. German Wilson and Johnny Hobbs. It was there that I fell in love with Acting. However, I've never been the kind of person to settle. At the time I was doing a lot of plays but never played the kind of Character I wanted to play. One day on stage during rehearsal I was so frustrated at being "pigeon held" into the character of "the son" that I decided to write my own play. From that I day forward I wrote, produced, directed and starred in 4 successful off-broadway plays in Philadelphia. A friend, who was in one of my plays, suggested that I come to LA to "Keep it Going". Although I was relunctant to move out here God has truly Blessed me. Since moving out here and putting in my dues, I am now a professional Actor, Writer and Director who truly loves doing what I do. I just finished 3 Seasons on the hit show "EVE". I was "Marty" Janies (Natalie Dieselle-Reid) husband. I was in "FASTLANE" with BILL BELLAMY, "SHOWTIME" with EDDIE MURPHY and of course, the Hilarious "FRIDAY AFTER NEXT" with ICE CUBE, MIKE EPPPS and KAT WILLIAMS. And now RESTRAINING ORDER with ROBIN GIVENS. I also do stand-up, but very little. I was Blessed this year to have had the opportunity to shoot my first feature film "RESTRAINING ORDER" which I wrote, produced, directed and starred in. RESTRAINING ORDER was NOMINATED for a NACCCP IMAGE AWARD, was the CENTERPIECE FILM of the Pan African Film Festival and WON BEST FEATURE at the Hollywood Black Film Festival. I praise God for the favor on the film. Restraining Stars Robin Givens, Sean Blakemore, N'Bushe Wright, Mari Morrow and James Avery and is available now on DVD in Blockbuster, Target, Walmart, Hollywood Video, Amazon.com and Netflix. If you can, please support this film and pick up a copy. I've shot many short films but this was my first feature and it was an amazing experience. I am currently in negotiations to shoot my next feature which will be for the Big Screen. On a personal note, I am a newly married and Loving it. I love being with my family and friends. I also love playing Basketball, spinning records, playing chess and beating whoever in Madden 2007, that includes Rodney Perry. I Love the Lord and I Love my boys and I just want to keep it moving and share in everyones moments as we all grind for our dreams and goals. I just gotta say, I love the people, I love our people and I hope to truly connect with folk on some level or another so we can all keep each other encouraged. I teach my kids a motto to live by which I try to live by..."EVERYONE CAN STRIVE TO BE THE BEST, ONLY A FEW ARE WILLING TO PUT IN THE WORK TO BE THE BEST" LETS WORK YALL. HOLLA AT YOUR BOY. Be Blessed
