Starrs & Murph...Loose Change Muzik

About Me

Be On the LooKout For the New Mixtape "The Lost Tapes" hosted By the HeavyHitter-Smashsquad Representative DJ CHUBBY CHUB...The Mixtape Is Loaded with new and Never released Material from Starrs & Murph...The LOST TAPES!!!Young Starrs, a product of Camden NJ, and the New Haven CT bred emcee Murph, capture a presence in Hip Hop that is often untouched. With the constant categorizing of a culture that should not be jarred, it's hard for artists to represent themselves and be accepted and appreciated by both mainstream and underground audiences. Starrs & Murph do this naturally. Harboring a passion for writing since they can remember, everything from poetry, to spoken word to rap, they've been performing together for a little over 3 years. In this time they've had the opportunity to open and/or perform with nationally known artists such as 50 Cent &G-Unit, Joe Budden, The Lox, Jin the Emcee and many others. They've also blessed the stage as musical guests at various fashion shows, And 1 Streetball tours, and Comedy shows...also opening for Little Brother on their Minstrel Show Tour (Shout to Phonte, Big Pooh and Big Doe for the opportunity). With these experiences under their belt, the natural passion and drive they have, the love for music, and the tremendous amount of talent, Starrs and Murph is destined to be a major figure in today's Music. Be on the look out for the debut album titled "Loose Change" in In Stores!!! or Available @ www.LooseChangeMuzik.com or www.CDbaby.com The album offers a blend of raw Hip Hop, Soulful melodies and that old school to new school street sound that we all love.Profile Edited by MPS MySpace Editor 2.0
