My name is Cecile and I guess I can be described as a independent friendly Artistic Goth Librarian . I have been in London for nearly 15 years but still have very heavy french accent.
The Gothic Vampire Scene
I am a member of the different Vampire Societies in London, but my main involvement is with the Vampyre Connexion. I am on the commitee and mainly involved with all the events organisation, promotion and flyering. From organising outing to the theatre to Parties. I also help promote other goth events around London and write for the Fanzine Dark Nights. I love everything on that subject the legends, the film, the books, the darkness and my fangs.

Arts
All my life been involved in the Arts from early teens to my Degree. I graduated in Ceramics and although I love clay and pottery there is no space to practice at home. My art has now moved from ceramics to painting and tattoing. I try to organise outing to museums, galleries and theatre as often as possible usually on behalf of the VC.

The Occult and Library
I love anything gory, involving the black arts and supernatural. Any occult subject fascinates me. I was able to mix all those interest in my dissertation and doing all my research about occult collections.
I recently did a series of talk about it at the Treadwells Bookshop.

Another passion of mine is books( especially tatty old smelling ones) and as a result became a librarian, I finish my Master 2 years ago in that subject and been working as a librarian for 5 years now. Recently started working at the UCL library.
Social Life
When I am not stressing behing the scene,flyering or plotting the next outing.
I can be found most nights at regular events like: Vampyre Connexion gathering, LVG, The Dev, Bibliogoth, Invocation, Tanz Macabre, Slimelight, Dead and Buried,Inferno, Treadwells, Witchfest and varied Pagan and Esoteric moots and events.
I love being social, going out and dancing. I also love going to festival like WGW, Leipzig, Mera Luna, Female Metal Voice Festival, and more to come....I am on the discivery of european festival this year
My music taste are varied... what I like the most is Operatic Metal, Trad Goth, Goth-Metal, MM and Inkubus Sukkubus.

Recently I have also been involved in promoting gigs in London, mainly as a adviser and general promotion.

Live Journal
I am fairly new to Myspace and I use it mainly to promote and post in my blogg time to time. However my main communication and where I post on a daily basis is on my Live Journals.
I do most od my chatting , reviews , comments ect there but I still try to also be present on My Space but I just don't like using it as much as LJ.
