Lennart Jensen

My musical adventures began in the early 70's along the road of classical piano and guitar. Quite early, the guitar took the center of my interests and before I could say wahwah I was playing in a hard rockin' combo. By then I was hooked on music. I played many gigs, grew a solid musical backbone and had a whole lotta fun meanwhile. In the mid-80's I sidestepped to study art and design, which eventually led me into professional graphic design. In the 90's and the beginning of the 00's I was pretty much focused on my design work, but continued to play with bands and do studio sessions. Since 2003, I have moved back closer to music again and rescheduled my design agenda to get time for composing and songwriting. I have co-written with songwriters in Sweden such as Brian Hobbs and also produced some tracks for a minor film project. Throughout 2007 I've also been marketing and pitching my music towards the Film/TV music industry. The efforts are starting to pay off as I've signed a handful of song deals with music production companies in Los Angeles/Hollywood as well as New York. My portfolio contains a mix of vocal and instrumental music, spanning from the simple and beautiful to the complex and esoteric. Right now I'm into NuJazz, Electronica, Club and Cinematic
