About Me
I decided to put a demo out here of a song I wrote called SAD TO BE LEAVIN. The songs SUMMER STORM and SMILING SHARKS are from my solo instrumental album, IMPRESSIONS OF THE OUTER BANKS. EVERY ACHIN' HOUR is a song I wrote with Will Robinson in Nashville that I recorded with Monica Silverstrand. I'm originally from North Carolina, but have lived in Stockholm Sweden for the past 14 years. I attended the Berklee College of Music and also studied in NYC. A song I co-wrote with Andreas Aleman and Fatima Rainey, MAS ALLA (Where we are) is the new single for Spanish superstar, Rosa Lopez. The album featuring that song, ME SIENTO VIVA, was just voted Album of the Year in Spain and has already sold platinum there. Right now I work as a free-lance songwriter and have had songs recorded by Swedish artists; Nils Landgren, Viktoria Tolstoy, Jill Johnson, Johan Becker, Magnus Backlund, Mia Lofgren, Anders Johansson, Lena Philipsson, Excellence, Style, Monica Silverstrand and others. In Japan, my songs have been recorded by Japanese superstars such as Arashi, News and Miz. In 1998 I co-wrote and produced the album, ALABASTER NIGHTS, featuring the duo, Charlotte Berg and Dea Norberg. In 2003, I produced my first solo instrumental album, IMPRESSIONS OF THE OUTER BANKS, about that area of my home state, North Carolina. In 2005, I co-wrote and produced an album for Swedish country singer, Monica Silverstrand, BEEN THERE, DONE THAT. You can find all these albums at www.cdbaby.com.
