(The rest of my music is available on the link to the left for free: we tunes.) The music is leftwing in the tradition of bands such as the Clash: revolution rock; witty social commentary such as Inner-City Blues and the dark Velvet Underground inspired rock of I Am Rock'n Roll. Ear splitting guitars and loud synths to be played at maximum volume. Ho Ho The King Is Dead documents the plans of our ruling elites to install Louis Mountbatten as dictator of the UK in the 70's. 'They'll take the TV station a sceptred isle creation' 'Zieg heil our regina'. Of course the naive and brain dead still wave and cheer at the doping ceremonies and processions, unconcious of the attempts to install our very own General Pinnochet. Facism is simply what the rich and powerful turn to when working people make progress towards real democracy and control of their lifes. The history of South America is a poignant example of this. I am a modernist artist: art as progress. My favourite writer is George Orwell whose dystopian nightmare 1984 is alarmingly reaching fruition in the present day:'war is peace.' I love the romanticism and radicalism of William Blake and wish to fuse this with reality to destroy the historical myths we are brainwashed with in the education system and media. My favourite historical myth is the myth of appeasement. Hitler, like Saddam was 'our son of a bitch.' Chamberlain and the British establishment encouraged Hitler to expand eastwards as a bulwark against communism. British foreign policy changed when Hitler gave Ruthenia from the dismembered Czechoslovakia to Hungary. Ruthenia contained many Ukrainians and Hitler was expected to use them to press for a 'free' Ukraine. Hitler's gaze now turned westward and the rest, as they say, is history. Details of the above can be found in the book 'In Our Time: The Chamberlain-Hitler Collusion' by Clement Leibovitz and Alvin Finkel. As to current events a reliable source of journalism is www.johnpilger.com. Also feel free to IM or email me. I'm not serious all the time and will gladly natter about music or whatever. Don't contact me if you are a secular puritan or modern day temperance fanatic intent on banning smoking in pubs. I will meditate on blowing skunk perfumed smoke rings in your face and if I'm lucky you'll be the one in a million or so that dies from passive smoking!
