Seen on stage with Acoustic Alchemy from their earliest days in the 80's till the end of the 90's and now appearing with them on tour as their Special Guest, London born Terry Disley was not only their touring keyboardist but also an influence on their recordings. He co wrote on their Grammy Nominated CD Back on the Case, and later composed the radio hits The Beautiful Game and Love at a Distance for Alchemy. As a successful studio musician in London and LA in the 90's he recorded with many artists including Bryan Ferry, Bon Jovi, Van Morrison, Sir Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Madness, Mick Jagger, Terry Hall, Brian Wilson and Billy Bragg. He was also Dave Stewart's musical director for 5 years and contributed music for 5 major motion picture scores including Showgirls, Beautiful Girls and The Ref. Since relocating to San Francisco he has formed his own group, the Terry Disley Experience, receiving rave reviews from appearances at the Lake Tahoe and Catalina Jazz Trax Festivals, as well as the first ever Sonoma Jazz Festival. Additionally, their debut hit CD "Experience" has had extensive national airplay, and the brand new album "Across the Pond" is destined to hit the top of the charts on it's official release in February 2007.
