SEIZURE was formed in 1997 with the single goal of creating a zero-compromise deathmetal monster. VPRO radio: "This furieus quintet plays with incredible intensity and technical skill". The band released a very well received promo-cd ('The Highest Rage') in 1999 and established a reputation of a liveact to be reckoned with, confirmed by a sound victory at the national Metal Battle in 2002. Friesland-pop: "This deathmetal band with shredding guitars is destructive and the crowd is simply blown away. Seizure is an attack on your body and soul, your ears and well-being".Their debut-album 'The Hateflow Virus' was released in November 2005 by Six Planet Records (SPR). The line-up was recently reinforced by guitarhero Jens van der Valk (ex-God Dethroned, Autumn, Cantara) and the band is poised to scorche the stage thoroughly.
