Since 2000, a side project of producer multi-instrumentalist David LeBleu. Originally started as a way to make instrumental music alone utilizing a computer. 2004 saw the release of a CD "Hindsight Sunglasses" exclusively in Japan on Stiff Slack Records. After much evolution The vinyl only LP "Dirty South Still LIfe" was released in July of 2005 by Organik Recordings, and a CD version was released in summer of 2007. From May 05' till the present Textual has been evolving as a colaborative effort between Dave and Rain Phoenix. Playing many live shows as a full live band including live percussion, bass, vibes, electric piano, moog, and vocals. In the near future there will probably be some live shows in Florida and New York. A new record is in the works which will include Live drums as a main element to the project.
