About Me

Radiosonde is Brian Judkins,born in Nashville,Tennessee in 1972.Started at young age playing guitar and keyboards but never had any formal training.At age 14 started taking drum lessons.I played in a couple punk/hardcore/thrash metal bands early on then later played in a band called Championship Symphony which became Empire No.II,which was inspired by bands such as Modest Mouse,Yo La Tengo,and Sonic Youth.Later played in the Nashville band Trabant which was inspired by bands like Godspeed You! Black Emperor, A Silver Mt. Zion,Mogwai,and Spiritualized.In 2003 I gave up playing drums and started getting more into electronic music.I started of by using guitar,a Korg Electribe EA-1, a Korg microKorg,and an Alesis Airsynth.Later moved on to using a laptop. I have always been into different genres of music.From punk,hardcore,hip hop, gansta rap,new wave,techno,idm,jazz,new age,rock...and more.I feel every genre of music has something good too offer.
