Ever since I could remember I’ve had constant battles with weight loss . Like many people I have a very slow metabolism and put on weight just by watching others eat, if you know what I mean. I’ve tried every diet imaginable and realized fad diets are just temporary no matter what they promise.
The other thing is the concepts of dieting and weight loss are becoming more and more confusing. One reason for that is the constant blitz of diet news coming from the media telling us to do one thing one day and the opposite the next.
I always believed there had to be a way to lose weight permanently and I made it my personal mission to find it. I went through hundreds, even thousands of scientific journals, reports and studies at university.
I have talked to and interviewed dozens of experts in nutrition , dietetics and exercise and sports physiology, as well as other scientists. A few years later, through application and trial and error, I finally found out how to achieve lasting weight loss .
I wanted to share this with others who also struggled with weight loss. And so I started a blog designed to help people overcome their weight loss plateaus and to achieve long term weight loss - which, by the way, is possible without drastic changes in your diet or excessive exercise.
