My name is Adam, I was born in the "Holy Land". I'm an independent business owner, actor & fitness model. my infatuation with fitness started when I was 12 years old, I wanted to be strong and help my ill mother. I made it a goal to inspire people to live a healthy lifestyle. at the age of 15 I won the 4th place in my first fitness show. later I became a National IFBB Champion at the age of 19. soon after I moved to NYC to pursue my acting/modeling career. I've done Musical Theater, Broadway Shows, films, magazines, and commercials. I was raised to be selfless, goal-oriented person, I believe anyone could achieve any goal they set by hard work, persistence, & some knowledge. I like seeing people smile & enjoy life. I like to have fun. I always tell people that even when things are difficult they should always concentrate on the positive.I cannot tolerate cruelty, discrimination & Injustice. I dislike arrogant / conceded people, there is no reason to be that way.I recently started preparing for Natural Mr. Olympia after 9 years without working out, due to a accident that almost paralyzed me. in April 2008 I won 1st place at Mr. Iron Gladiator.
