Narr! is born in 1999 when Vince Mustone (ex Limbo) started a new project made up by electronic mad sounds, mixing italian and english lyrics. The first promo CD, called "Gaia", out in 2000, was soon appreciated by international press: "Ritual" wrote an enthusiastic review and enclosed the track "Vita!" on the Perversion compilation. "Sideline" wrote "damned efficient" and several tracks entered european radio and dancefloor playlists. Big response on the live front as well, with remarkable gigs in Florence (Stazione Leopolda) and Rome (Jungle), and most of all the tour supporting Sigue Sigue Sputnik (2001). Then John Cordoni (ex Necromass) joined the band on guitars and after two years of intense work to raise up the debut album, "Souls are flying now!" came out in november 2003 on Cursed Land Entertainment/Masterpiece Distribution. Various tracks ("Souls are flying now!", "Life!", "Finirà !", "Lucretia My Reflection", "Universe") played on several radios and parties, from USA (Seattle, New York, Los Angeles) to Russia (where Cursed Land has sold a license for the debut album), from UK to Germany, from Spain to Japan. And various tracks were asked for compilation distributed worldwide (such as Zillo!) About live, Narr! played several gigs, as headliner and as special guest for bands like Das Ich. in 2007 Ain Soph Aour (ex Necromass) joined the band on the bass: the band suddendly made new gigs with the new line-up, proposing an intense live show. Currently the band is looking for a label, working on new tracks for the long awaited second album, and playing some gigs with new tracks in preview. In the meantime NARR! remixed the track "Inflexible" from the argentinian act Alien Produkt: the track will be included in the new Alien Produkt's album, scheduled to be out in 2008.
