Beata Beatrix born in September 2000 as a direct reaction to a great passion for the goth-rock. They created their own sounds of intriguing mixture of Gothic Rock with'80s influences mixed with electronic sounds of pure German style. The music of Beata Beatrix as well as showing the influence of the various components (Ricy comes from an experience of progressive rock, Hatria sang both opera than blues and Crowley played 80 years rock) takes its inspiration from the Romantic period that invested Europe in the nineteenth century. Beata Beatrix played with Collection D'Arnell-Andrea and Clan Of Xymox at Siddartha in Prato, with Cruxshadows at Anomalia Club in Prato.Hatria combined texts in decadent and romantic style with an original look to the present time, the songs in the first demo were based on the figure of Elizabeth Siddal, the wife of Dante Gabriel Rossetti, who died by suicide through laudanum. In the second demo texts speak of love which never dies, of death and dreams, also the figure of Elizabeth is here always present in some texts. In the third demo Beata Beatrix’ ideas are always more, they speak of imagination of death, enchanted gardens where you can leave the soul to rest, and in particular, it handles the issue of violence on children in the song "My mother is like a stereo". The band is easily recognizable by its sound. Every new idea has potential feedback on the public and fanzines of that gender.
