All I ever wanted to do was play guitar, and that’s what I’ve ended up doing pretty much most of the time.
I’ve been fortunate enough to work & play with some fantastic people - Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Johnny Thunders, Marc Almond, Pete Burns, Adam Ant, Stiv Bators, Shelly Poole, P.J. Proby, Hotei (of Kill Bill fame), Polecat Tim, London Cowboys, Kinky Roland, Punx Soundchecks, Wubble-U, Beth Orton, Susan Hyatt of Stimulator, Bonemachine, Laz of Superstonic Sounds and loads more.
I love Rock ‘n’ Roll, Rockabilly, Surf, Trash, Glam, Electro, Punk, Soul, Blues and Big Beat.
I’ve been producing records for about 20 years now.... and still loving every minute....
For the last few years I’ve taken over as lead singer in Sigue Sigue Sputnik after the last one left! (Despite what you may think you know - he walked out on us - end of story!) We’re right back on track now - Like we always should have been.... The only Space dub Rock ‘n’ Roll trash glam punk electro outfit you’ll ever need! Try and catch us if we play your town soon....
Upcoming projects include tracks for Stefania Dimmen from Greece, tracks with Kinky Roland/Mark Moore, soon to be released tracks with Marc Almond, definitely up for more Punx Soundchecks, hope to work with Perfect Pete (from Big Brother), we’ve a bunch of half finished Sputnik songs to complete and I’m putting together a truly mental Surf/Punk/Rockabilly outfit - The Montectristos - for fun, recording and gigs.
I also make CDs and own a record label “Green Means Go†making “real music for kids†- Gotta get ‘em started young!
I’m always on the look-out for new things to do... whatever style - rock‘n’roll/rockabilly/pop/dub/electro/soul/rock anything! - I LIKE TO PLAY...... I like being busy... Don’t be shy..... Get in touch.....
