KEI was born in Harajuku, Tokyo.
He graduated from Law school, Hosei University with a degree of Bachelor of Laws. He started his career as a novelist. He published his 1st SF hard boiled novel
"DANCING ON THE FLYING PAN" and mercenary adventure novel "TERRORIST OF THE HOLY NIGHT" (Kodansha publishing house in Japan). KEI had been doing music activity, punk band "ALISATAN K", and industrial punk unit, "MECHA POET". He was a spoken words performer of his project in early '90's. He is known as the most eccentric spoken words performer(including stand up comedy).
And also he has been poetry activity. His poetry books, "POET & KILLER (Alpha beat press)â€, "POETIC ASSASSIN (Alpha beat press) ", "POET & KILLER CHRONICLES (Brunswick publishing Co.Ltd.)" are published in U.S.A.
KEI is the founder "The electric Poetry system and mega punk reading machine". He is introduced "International Poetry Who's Who (UK)", "Five hundred leaders of Influence (U.S.A.)". He is the most punk poet of the new generation of Beat poetry. His all activities are in worldwide.
Currently he has many gigs at every rock club and poets café, ABC NO RIO (NYC),
NUYORICAN POETS CAFÉ (NYC), CLUB MESA (L.A.), RAVEN PLAY HOUSE (L.A.), BEYOND BAROQUE (L.A.), Karma studio live (L.A.), T.T.BEARS (BOSTON), LOWELL CELEBRATES KEROUAC (MA) and he organized United Nation’s DIALOGUE AMONG CIVILIZATIONS OF POETRY (Tokyo). He is doing music activity of New style of experimental.
