The music here is ecclectic, from soothing sounds of classical to Sinatra, and maybe even a little punk thrown in for fun. Depending on who's working and who the customers are, you may hear any number of genres playing at any given time
My Friend Boba, The Bubble Strikes Back, The Boy in the Plastic Boba, Tea Time at Ridgemont High, High Tea Drifter, The Texas Chainsaw BubbleTea, Night of the Living Bubbles, Citizen BubbleTea (it was creepy the way he whispered "RoseBubz...."), The Good The Bad and The Caffeinated
The boy in the Bubble,of course. the inventors of the bubble tea...those crazy Taiwan tea vendores that initially began adding tapioca balls and jellies to the bottom of their fruit flavored concoctions. The bubbles in bubble tea are carmelized tapioca beads, called "boba" in some places, which, in the case of bubble tea, you drink through a large straw so you can drink the tea and chew the tapioca at the same time. We also have jellies you can add, like litchi and green tea jellies. You really have to try it to understand....Bubz always says "Swallow it, you'll love it!"
