www.myspace.com/fatmm - that's the main project at the moment, me with the mad monk ..... as for me ...I'm a bit of a hybrid. I'm a singer/composer person. I studied classical music and it's definitely part of me, but alongside that I grew up living and being obsessed with pop music.I always played music. Starting with violin and piano (and singing, though this was the less formal DIY-hairbrush-mirror type scenario) and then going on to study classical voice. After graduating I did the classical thing, worked professionally as a classical singer in opera and with orchestra.About this time I met the Mad Monk and we started writing music together. I always loved orchestras so, as the Mad Monk and I wrote our tunes I started writing orchestral parts, remixing other tracks etc.The Mad Monk and i have just finished our album. It has been a long journey and it still isn't pressed! but you can hear some of it here and some at myspace.com/fatmm - I've also just begun a collaboration with a certain Guy Sigsworth.... more about that later.
