On November 15, 2007, we celebrated 2 years of bringing the DMV area DC's monthly networking social for the mature professional. Thanks to all of you who came out and supported and helped us to donate over 60 cans of food to the Springvale Terrace Seniors Home for their Thanksgiving.

Created by Rosie "Peppy" Parke, Caribbean RIDDIMZ exists to provide an avenue for mature, professionals to connect, network, and have fun while not losing sight of the important social issues which affect the BLACK community!
The first two Caribbean RIDDIMZ were held at the beautiful VIDA in DC, and other events were held around the MD/DC Area. Venues such as Pearl and Juste Lounge have been part-time homes for RIDDIMZ.
Sky Club (Zanzibar on the Waterfront) - famous for its magnificent harbor view and elegant ambience has been the home of RIDDIMZ since June 15, 2006. For 2008, Caribbean RIDDIMZ will be moving around to get you in tune with some beautiful venues in the DMV. Look out for events at LIV, Momos, and many other spectacular venues!!
At Caribbean RIDDIMZ, you can expect to be entertained, and educated, and many times you are also empowered! This is truly networking at its best, so come on through and connect with some wonderful folks who are doing great things in the Community.
We make it extra special by featuring performances from fresh, hot, and emerging talents in the DC Metro Area, and we are constantly on the lookout for people with star quality. Come and support some local and independent artists, as we need to help each other in any and every way we can.

Our ultimate goal is to have a forum for professionals to build networks, support each other's businesses, support black businesses, and create the kind of unity that our forefathers like Marcus Garvey fought for - we want to create a race that is so connected that when any of us speak, we speak with one VOICE!!!!
Soooo, now that you have digested all of that and have a little step in the door of Caribbean RIDDIMZ, make a bigger step and come to a place where CULTURES CONNECT!!! Mix and mingle with beautiful, talented, and intelligent people, enjoy FREE Caribbean food, dance to great music, be entertained and educated, and NETWORK!! So, you should know that at Caribbean RIDDIMZ we foster networking. We support each other, and we PROMOTE each other. If YOU have an event or a business that you want out there, link Peppy at [email protected] and I will hook you up...
We collaborate with other promoters, business owners, and individuals who understand that helping each other out is our duty, so you will see us plugging certain events, and people, and talents!! Don't YOU want to be plugged too??? That, my friends, is the QUESTION OF THE DAY.
AND, NOW FOR OUR FEATURED EVENTS!!!
