o k...so you can kinda see from the headline, i got a lot going on. but what you really need to know is that i'm a creative, always on the run, get-tha-job-done kinda sistah with big dreams and even bigger plans to achieve them. most of my friends know me as lala, the cutey with the voice who be rocking the mic at the poetry venue. lol. yea...thats me. my hair's a lil' longer these days (thanks to tha braids and the ladies at the hair shop - fati you're awesome) but i'm still the gap-toothed poet with the short curly hair and sultry song.
so it seems i've been in hiding, but not really. a sistah been on the grind. and very, very shortly, i'll be raising the curtain on a long-awaited venture, JoDom Publishing . feel free to check the site if! me and long time friend and partner tim o have finally combined our talents and ambition to create a company for the writer who wants to publish, but just doesn't know how. our first book is coming out mid-march entitled 'conversations about her' and is truly awesome from voer to cover! visit our site for more details !!
