About Me

Like other Americans, I complain about corrupt employers and our vile government officials constantly but yet am complacent and "just mind my own business" because "I don't want to cause any trouble". I live a life of fear and consider no alternative.

I am not held accountable for my vile practices because I make alot of money and use some of it to pay off politicians.

I believe that cell phone ringtones should become our national currency.

Jesus told me that stem cell research is evil, it's not up for debate.

My goal in life is to shoot out as many tax exemptions as possible that the other Americans have to pay for.

I believe socialized healthcare is an automatic cure-all. If you'll excuse me, I'm going to go order a quad stacker burger, smoke two packs of cigarettes and shoot a liter of heroine, as it's the government's job to look after my health.

My Interests

electronic music that has soul, composers who happen to play bass, drummers who compose, the Omaha/Lincoln music scene, people who support the Omaha/Lincoln music scene, genuine people, wooded areas, tackling uneven terrain by foot or by hand (in appreciation of those who have no legs and have to walk on their hands), traveling

I'd like to meet:

Those who believe that the power of change is within the individual, not the government. Only once the proper changes have been made in our individual lives could we ever begin to work together to better the quality of life for all living things and the world as a whole.

Atheists who can convince me that there isn't a God and Theists who can convince me that there is.

Genuine people.

Reproduction

I can't really see a legitimate argument for the benefits of further propagation of our species.  It's certainly not a good time to breed with inflation, high food costs, an uncertain future of h...

On Race and terminology

To me really words themselves aren't an issue.  It's the emphasis behind them, the intention that truly matters.  The connotation of a word can be vicious, inhumane.  The word itself is...

An Additional Cause for Concern: and Other Short Stories

I have to wonder that with our dollar constantly decreasing in value, yet the cost of everything we buy increasing exorbitantly, at what point can we no longer even afford to buy that which we truly n...

System Failure

Capitalism just isn't working for our country anymore.  The multi-national corporations are taking (have taken?) over at the expense of the peasant worker.  Employers have the right to run t...

The Transitive Property at work in a social context

The Transitive Property of mathematics states that:  If a=b and b=c, then a=c  This equation is sparsely used in a social context.  But I believe that it provides a powerful, i...

Feel good blog of the year

As much as I would like to believe there actually is a purpose to each of our lives, I just am not able to.  Kurt Vonnegut said that "we are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody te...
