About Me

medical music missionary bohemian princess. i make my bed even if my rooms' a mess. i love the beauty and proficiency of the dragonfly, the unique creation found in the zebra, the enormous & long lashed eyes of the giraffe, the feeling of burning strength & grace that ballet grants, my dog dancing in two feet of snow, the tumbling tummy that comes with a first kiss & how i love my family and my friends more with each passing day. i have a thing for sushi, moonlit midnight mountain biking, & foreign languages (especially le francias). surfing and long swims in the ocean, climbing, camping and hiking in the mountains, photography and flowered meadows found only by venturing off of the 'trail'. stringed instruments and powerful voices. the green of ireland and historical architecture found in europe. the unbrideled genuine laughter of children is priceless. a tasty glass of fine pinot noir and some sweet sticky bud is great... but sobriety is better. the humble awe that comes with writing music. one true good friend beats ten good aquaintences hands down, a few true friends equals unparalled blessing. a heated albeit friendly game of chess just simply rocks. the Love of God is life itself.... *** HONDURAS MISSION TRIP - - SPRING, 2007 ***

..PHOTO TAKEN BY CHRIS MCNAMARAI'm a totally late bloomer, but i LOVE snowboarding, rockclimbing/bouldering, playing guitar, writing music and singing...sometimes even in front of people... Listening to others jam, running and hiking in the rain, camping, meeting those random kindred people who want to drop everything and go backpacking through Europe...spend a month in Thiland nestled in a manmade pile of sticks on the beach learning how to gallup full speed on the back of a horse...oh, and beside trying to gather a small posse to spend three weeks climbing, hiking, camping and exploring Mt. Rainer, I'd really like to attempt an Xterra offroad triathalon...the views man, the 'views' ;)

I'd like to meet:

anyone REAL who can laugh at themselves as easily as at others... :o) seriously...at least you know what you're getting! Smart, intoxicating people who like to get outside and DO something, who can't choose between hanging by a campfire and playing music or snowbaording through the trees on fresh pow-pow... so opt to do both. i'm pretty open and tend to like most people i meet, so chances are we'll get along... i like the meloncholy, introspective to the loud and sarcastic comedian... life tastes better with a broad variety of flavor. ANYONE who can provoke me to be a better person, play music with more skill and intergrity, and that accepts all people for who they are... that's where true beauty is found.Photo by SANTE D'ORAZIO (My Favorite Smile ever....except for my daughter of COuRse)
