Tuxedo Junction Studios/Soular Music stiuated in the Mountains of Stanthorpe Queensland, is the Home of Andy Wimott, Ray Luhrmann & Cecelia Van Heumen, who own and run 48channel Professional Digital Recording studio, specialising in independent band recordings, solo artists. We love Country, and lots of Independent bands. And all music really!!! We also dabble heaps with the creation of electronica music. As well as voice over recording and production. Experienced in working in various audio software environments; Adobe Audition 1.5, Cool Edit Pro Vers1.2 & 2. Soundforge 7, AcidPro.5, Wavelab 5 and many other relevant software applications. Andrew is also composing background music for Voice over use for Brisbane based business.Tuition in Music/Song creation, within the PC Environment For the past 2 years, Andy, has set up and, successfully, held, or have been involved with the teaching of, how to create music/songs, and to record in a digital environment, using a variety of Audio production software programs, available for the Personal Computer. He has recently travelled to Vanuatu, to train students how to record and produce a CD, and in fact has produced a full-length album of a local Vanuatu band [XX Squad ], as a result of the training. The Album now sells in Australia and the South Pacific Region, and is enjoying regular radio and TV airplay in the South Pacific Countries. More recently, Andy has been working with a small team at Cunnamulla in Queensland, Providing these kinds of workshops, to under serviced regions. With an accent on providing skills and further career opportunities, to the Youth, and Unemployed people, in the area. This last workshop proved to be very successful, with many participants, and a full length CD of the results will be pressed and given back to the community in August2003, to distribute as they see fit. There are plans now to return to Cunnamulla in 2006, to do another album.
Music Teacher. Andy Currently teaches 15 students weekly, 1 on 1 on a freelance basis, teaching drumkit drumming most styles, as well as maintenance and tuning skills. Andy has played drums in many bands covering a vast array of styles over the past 25 years, spent behind, a variety of percussive set ups. .
Workshop Co- coordinator: Andrew, has, recently started putting together workshops for youth bands in Stanthorpe, to develop and encourage contemporary music within the local area. With advice on stage performance, song writing skills and other relevant advice to do with the music industry.Live PA production services.
