Jerry Chamberlain’s varied guitar work is spectacular throughout, ranging from the pseudo-funk of "Mall All Over the World," which blasts the shallowness of the consumer culture, to the hard-rocking "Little Crosses," which kicks over the religious moneychangers’ tables, so to speak. . . . Favorite moment: the slashing "Memory Lane" . . . a thoughtful and thrilling track that surges on some of Chamberlain’s most searing guitar.
