Right now The Midges rehearse and record songs for their second cd. A lot of songs have been tested and some of them are already
recorded. Being in the studio The Midges took a step backwards considering their live performances. Sometimes they play in front of small audiences to understand what the essence of the songs is. At the moment the new album is named after a song Mario wrote not long ago 'end of fireworks'.
He also plays guitar with 'koma69'. Olli - the former drummer of the famous band 'Jessica', often joines other musicans for exciting sessions.
Daniel plays the bass with KW03 as well and is furthermore part of the tour band of germanys famous actress and singer jasmin tabatabai.The Midges hope to present their new album in the first half of 2008.
Hey, here is an update considering our recording sessions (22. January 2008): Olli and Daniel have finished their drum and bass parts - and it sounds crazy!!! So it is now up to mario and some other musicans to step by step finish the record. It won't be long yeah ....yeah ... yeah ....
