FitnessQueen75 is a Professional Private Personal Trainer, certified and insured through(AFAA)and a certified Florida Health Educator.My team and I provide successful personal training services that STRICKLY ENFORCES CONSISTENCY to serious and committed cliental. We travel to our clients, bringing exercise to their front door in the surrounding areas of Miami Dade & Broward County. We provide all the necessary equipment and we personalize each workout regime based on our clients’ goals. We work with women, men, children, groups, special populations, athletes and geriatrics (persons over 65yrs old).Our services specialize in (decreasing body fat, toning, increasing lean muscle mass, strength, flexibility and cardio-respiratory endurance). My experience and education is composed of a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education(B.S), a Masters Degree in Exercise Science(M.S) and a Masters Degree in Education Administration(M.Ed). I plan on pursuing my PhD in Athletic Training. I always said If I was a doctor,I would be an Orthopedic Physician.I curently hold two Florida Teaching Certifications(FTC): Health Education & Physical Education.I have 8+ years of teaching experience from secondary to college level teaching health, wellness, and physiology classes. I have been providing personal training services over several years at both the private level with my own private cliental and at the college level working with strength coaches and athletes. My ultimate goal and passion is to continue to provide exceptional fitness and health services to my clients. More importantly, Exercise & Health is my career path, MY PASSION and MY CALLING, Therefore, I plan to continue to train, teach and guide individuals in the right direction to a healthier and fit life

When did you fall inlove with the Human Body? I fell in love with the human anatomy while teaching Human Disease and Pathology to a group of medical students, it was then that I realize how MAGNIFICENT the human body is
Why is Health & Fitness so important to you? The number one killer in the U.S (Cardiovascular/Cardiorespiratory diseases are all related to lifestyle behavior. (Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease, Cancer & etc), therefore, I make it my business to teach people how to minimize their risks of developing these diseases.
What is your health and fitness philosophy? Physiologically, I believe when you focus on your internal health your heart, lungs, kidneys, and other vital organs, the external aspect will follow
What is the difference between you and other trainers? I am an educator, I am first a teacher, I take pride in teaching my clients how to develop and maintain a fit & healthy lifestyle
Who will benefit from having you as thier trainer? Anyone who is interested getting fit and healthy the right way, no quick fixes, no yoyo diets, no pills, and unnecessary supplements
Why are you so passionate about health & fitness? I have fallen in love with Gods' genius creation and I pride myself in teaching people how to take care of their bodies and extend their lives.
How long have you been providing personal training services? I have been teaching health & fitness for over 8years and providing personal training services for over 7years
What kind of programs do you offer? I offer individualize programs that are base on the goals of my clients
Do you guarantee results? Where there is consistency, dedication and discipline there are guaranteed results
Why don't you work in a gym? Most gyms are not concerned with their members their focus is SALES, SALES, SALES, and many of their trainers lack experience and knowledge
What bothers you about many gyms? The lack of knowledge, no certifications, or unrecognized certifications can lead to injury, misinformed information, and financial abuse
How can people benefit from your personal training services? I am educated, experienced and my main focus are my clients health & well-being
Do you train athletes, children,couples or groups? Yes, I have and I do currently create programs for these different populations
Do you give nutritional counseling? I am not a registered dietetic or license nutritionist and it is illegal for anyone but these individuals to create a eating plan for you, however, I do make recommendations based on the food pyramid and goal of my clients
What areas of fitness do you specialize in? Weight management ,strength & conditioning, and programs for special
How does your teaching experience benefit your clients? My experience as a teacher naturally allows me to prepare my clients to incorporate exercise and eating right in their lifestyle
Do you practice what you preach? ABSOLUTELY, this is one of the many components my clients admire about me, I am both active and practice a healthy eating lifestyle
What are some negative aspects of the fitness industry? This is a billion dollar industry that preys on people by telling them what they want to hear by selling useless exercise equipment and harmful diet products offering quick fixes which are dangers and some even fetal
What are some positive aspects of the fitness industry? There are many fitness professionals like myself that put the health and fitness level of people first before the greed of financial gain
What is your position in the fitness industry? My position is to educate people about taking control of their health and life fitness
Do you recommend diet pills, protein supplements, or surgeries? ABSOLUTELY NOT, I do not advocate nor recommend diet pills or energy drinks(it's all B.S,I teach and encourage daily balance meals and a regular exercise regime. I advocate a healthy life style.
Do you think more people are active now verses 20years ago? More people are not necessary active, but caught up in external manipulations rather than taking care of the body from the inside out
What is your ultimate goal as a fitness trainer? To have my own fitness facility, that will put all members and private cliental "FIRST". Offering a variety of services by professionals who are licensed, certified and educated
What areas of health & fitness are you concerned about? All of them, today obesity is an epidemic, and as I said before, people are dying because of lifestyle choices
What are your strengths in this business? To guide, to teach and to change the lives of many people through exercise
What is your weakness in this business? I will not tell people what they want to hear neither will I provide inaccurate information for my own personal and financial gain
When did you decide to make a career out of health & fitness ? I grew up being extremely athletic and that later open the doors for me to realize that my calling is to save lives by using my love for the human body ,exercise and health
What is one word that describes you? TRUTH

I'd like to meet:

In general positive people doing positive things. As well as, other serious,educated and experienced fitness professional's who share the same passion as I do. Health and Fitness is my career and I plan on doing this for the rest of my life. I am also working on opening up a private studio in the Miami area, I have a couple of ideas but I would love to network with other fitness professionals to get some input and also build a strong circle of other educated & serious professional personal trainers around the world. If you are interested in becoming a personal trainer the following certifications are the most recognized and highly respected organizations because of the level of dept in material in exercise science (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NSCA, NASM or National Boards). Now if you hold a certification that is not listed please don't take offense, however these exams are extremely intense and measures your knowledge base in the areas of exercise science extensively, so if you are serious and you are looking to go beyond working for a Bally, 24hr Fitness, LA Fitness or any of these big gyms, I encourage you to seek higher certifications & continue your education (CEU’s). I look forward to networking with other fitness professionals, others that share similar interest, & possibly meeting a potential business partner. Until then please strive to be fit and eat smart.
