Couture Bodies is now offering a unique and challenging opportunity for dropping inches and getting into the best shape of your life. We have put together “mini boot camps” filled with result oriented routines inspired by resistance training. You will experience results you never thought possible. Our approach effectively allows groups of friends, colleagues, family members, etc. opportunities to join in on one of the newest fitness crazes. There is a 8 participant minimum in place. Each session meets 3 times per week for 4 consecutive weeks. Timeslots and availability in certain areas are limited!! They can be implemented indoor as well as outdoor to prevent a large gap between offerings. The regimen can be on-going or a one-time fix.
