About Me

Hi!, my name is Tetsu of PILGRIM WORLD Website. Thanks a lot for inviting me this place. Indeed, it's totally fun to browse various myspace pages and look through others. I'm going to write about a little bit about me, and what I am basically doing on the net. If you are not familiar with what I've been doing, then please take a look at my website. http://www.hamanaka.com/pilgrim2
Yes, PILGRIM WORLD is the place to support prog metal-minded musicians performing quality music and thought-provoking unique compositions. The reason why I am doing this is because of my enthusiasm for Progressive metal/rock music. Esp., the groups like Dream Theater, Queensryche, Fates Warning, Rush, Zero Hour, and Mind's Eye have convinced me to explore progressive metal music for purely listening enjoyment. Since then, my website has been devoted to prog metal/rock mainly. However, my main goal is not definitely limited to prog music. Nowadays, I also enjoy the quality instrumental music including technical jazz/fusion and guitar-oriented music. Additionally, the epic/lush music like neo-prog/symphonic rock is also my favorite style to dive into as well. Henceforce, you'll also find the reviews of progressive, metal, rock, symphonic, jazz/fusion, and others on PILGRIM WORLD.
I wish I'm gonna continue exploring different kinds of quality music, while being crazy about prog metal, haha. Just in recent years, paying a visit to the Netherlands for HEADWAY FESTIVAL once in a year has been a lot of fun to meet and greet many cool people from Europe and America. Once I get used to tid-bits of MySpace more, I hope I'm gonna add some thoughts about the situation of music scene and what's getting popular in the prog and metal scene of my country on blog contents.
