Lately I have been focusing on SCAT. My dance training is in ballet and modern.
I started vocal training and ballet when I was 5. Worked professionally as an actor, union chorus/dance. Then trained at Naropa starting at 15. I am so grateful for Naropa Conservatory. The Alexander training, breathe work, movement was far better than the class I took at Juilliard in terms of walking away with an ability to use my body as a tool of great expression for my work. Now I study with Luigi, the Maestro.
NYC is the best place on earth to live as an artist. I feel so much love and acceptance here. Inspiration!
Susan Batson is my acting coach. I study with her in a master class, Gold Dust at Black Nexxus. She is AMAZING! My vocal coach is Mary Rodgers and every blue moon Katie Agresta..who is also Joao's coach (Joao is BEAUTIFUL)
I ride horses and when I am in LA. Chill out at the Sunset Ranch (the place is magic). I kept RedCloud, my Appalousa there in Clark Gables old stall. I love riding in the hills, galloping under the full moon and feel my most comfortable true self.
I love to do extreme skiing!!!!! Scuba dive, play tennis, surf, skateboard, and love to camp.
I enjoy chopping wood and building fires....seriously..I really like to chop wood and own a Grinford Axe. I like to cook and have friends over for yummy food.
My focus was theatre and now film. I try and create characters for myself in history, roles I want to play from scripts in development. I am researching about the artist Louise Abbema, french impressionist 1858 to 1927, lesbian lover of Sarah Bernhardt. Here is a painting Louise did of Sarah

Being an actor is an incredibly difficult pathe...but the only one possible for me. I studyed Meisner...now more a Method actor. It has all come together for me through Susan Batson. Really, she is the greatest acting coach alive. I know it's all been worth it....just want to be working full-time. Definetly whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
