I suffer from Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Social Anxiety Disorder (Social Phobia). medical conditions that affects people of all genders, races, ages, and income levels. People who are depressed feel more than sadness or "the blues." They feel hopeless and suffer deep emotional pain for prolonged periods. Depression can cause dysfunction in every aspect of one's life. Nearly one in five Americans will experience depression sometime in their lifetime, and more than 19 million Americans suffer from a depressive disorder each year. Anxiety Disorder is characterized by persistent, excessive and unrealistic worry about everyday things. This worry goes on every day, possibly all day. Social Anxiety Disorder (Social Phobia), is characterized by an intense fear of being scrutinized and negatively evaluated by others in social or performance situations. Some people with SAD literally feel "sick from fear" in seemingly non-threatening situations, such as ordering food in a restaurant, signing one's name in public or making a phone call. Though they recognize that the fear is excessive and unreasonable, people with SAD feel powerless against their anxiety. They are terrified they will act in a way that will be embarrassing or humiliating. The anxiety can interfere significantly with daily routines, occupational performance or social life. It can make it difficult to complete school, interview and obtain jobs and create and maintain friendships and romantic partnerships. Over 30,000 people in the United States die by suicide every year as a result of depression. In 2004 (latest available date), there were 32,439 reported suicide deaths. Suicide is fourth leading cause of death for adults between the ages of 18 and 65 years in the U.S., with approximately 26,500 suicides. Currently, suicide is the 11th leading cause of death in the U.S. A person dies by suicide about every 16 minutes in the U.S. An attempt is estimated to be made once every minute. Ninety percent of all people who die by suicide have a diagnosable psychiatric disorder at the time of their death. There are four male suicides for every female suicide, but twice as many females as males attempt suicide. Every day, approximately 80 Americans take their own life, and 1,500 more attempt to do so. Suicide is NEVER the answer, theres always someone to turn to, getting help is the answer. YOU can help educate others about Depression and suicide, help reduce the stigma associated with Depression, Anxiety Disorder and suicide, 75% of Americans go undiagnosed because of the stigma that these metal illnesses have. If you know someone who you think is Depressed, Talk to them find out how they feel, what there thinking. if they need help let them know you understand and will help. these illnesses can be treated and have great success. most importantly help SAVE LIVES Help end the stigma, help people understand it's a illness just as much as Cancer or any other fatal disease! you just might save a Life!

Lies are everywhere, we MUST break free from this enslavement. I'm compassionate about Helping and fighting for Children, as my Children are my life, and fighting for Human rights and freedoms. My children are my world and they aren't able to understand the dangers in the world or whats going on in the world right now and how it will affect them. It's our job as parents to protect, fight and stand up, and teach them and protect there future. I have studied the questionable nature of the official version of what happened to our nation on September 11, 2001. Throughout the first year after 9-11 we ignored and did not believe those who asked us to question the official story. Like millions of Americans we believed America had been attacked by terrorists from abroad. Sadly, we are now convinced that rogue elements within our government committed a vicious criminal act against its own citizens for the larger purpose of swaying us to support both domestic and foreign policies mapped out in the late 1990's. masterfully coordinated to achieve the desired ends of an imperialistic role for America in the world, patriotic support at home and the erosion of our constitutional rights. In a nutshell, the war on terrorism is a cruel hoax by a misguided, out-of-democratic control small group of individuals sabotaging the best of American values. We are in the midst of a constitutional crisis combined with severe domination from an Orwellian corporate media knowingly or unknowingly being of service to the true power brokers behind the curtain. We feel like we are living in the "Matrix" where we can blend in, but knowing something is horribly wrong and must be exposed. The quality of life for all of our loved ones is at stake along with the hopes of millions of people for a world of peace, freedom and ecological sustainability. If just a few of you take the time to study a little more watch some of the videos I have linked here and become involved in the 9-11 Truth movement we will be doing our country a great service. I strongly feel that everyone should involve themselves in this effort to expose the truth about 9-11 and in the greatest push ever from the grassroots to nonviolently replace our current despotic leadership. It would have tremendous positive consequences, if similar to the fall of Nixon over Watergate, that the Bush administration was exposed on this and replaced. This outrageous criminal act must be brought to justice and our freedoms restored. We need to reach out now to all those who may be willing to hear, break the silence and take courageous action. The bush regime is setting out to radically remake society very quickly, in a fascist way, that will change generations to come.†With this legalization of torture, help end this nightmarish occupation of Iraq and now the ominous threat of war against Iran. with The new law he passed will give the president the right to hold people indefinitely without charging them, and without review from the courts, nullifying habeas corpus rights. Congress has now passed legislation that denies defendants the right to see evidence used against them, and allows the use of “evidence†gained through torture. It forbids anyone to invoke the Geneva Conventions in any civil case or habeas corpus proceedings undertaken against the U.S. government, and, according to some experts, it may also forbid this in criminal cases. Think about 911 there's alot of questions was it planned so bush could justify war? The "Patriot Act" is not what American patriots have fought and died for. To allow our Bill of Rights to be nullified without judicial supervision invites tyranny. The Attorney General has been handed unfettered power to wiretap, search, jail, and invade our most sacred right to privacy. The government must not be allowed, without probable cause or warrant, to snoop on our communications, medical records, library records, and student records. On October 17, 2006, Bush signed the Military Commissions Act into law and ended Posse Comitatus. In other words, the line between the Domestic Police force in the U.S. and the Military has been erased. What's the difference? The difference is martial law. Also, on October 17, 2006, Bush signed HR 6166 into law as part of the Military Commissions Act... Which among other fucked up things; did away with Habeas Corpus. American's in the U.S. can legally be arrested in secret, held indefinitely, Tortured and even sentenced to death without ever being told what they are accused of. Freedom and peace! it don't come easy, Learn, Think, Defend and express your rights! Speak your mind, Defend Freedom! Do not rest do not stop until justice is served upon the heads of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Rice..and we begin to reverse this hell they created.
