About Me

My Journal
My Listening
I must have had fun, 'cos now I'm broke.
I was in Glasgow, and now I'm in in London. Isn't that exciting? Yes it is. My life is a little like Laverne and Shirley now. A LITTLE. When I'm not hungover I'm usually working on being hungover. I hear a studio audience in my head whenever I enter a room (this may be a lie).I aspire to write lyrics like Leonard Cohen. I am 27 and have a socially responsible job which enables me to dance in clubs without guilt. Isn't that nice? Yes it is. Message before adding please, and I'm always up for meeting positively charming new people. I'm also trying to get back into my writing seriously, so meeting delightful people to bounce off would be a hoot.

My Interests

Music, reading, pubs, clubs, writing, writing badly, reading good poetry, writing bad poetry, living like a drunk, drinking like a fox, procrastinating like a philosopher, talking up the good fight, making grand plans, buying random clothes and wearing them in odd combinations, generally being a darling, falling for people who don't fall for me but generally finding it life-affirming, learning, complaining but secretly being happy with my lot, being a good friend, sometimes being a difficult friend to be good to, being a sassy independent young man! and so. much. more.

I'd like to meet:

Intelligent, funny, creative, provocative...you know, ALL THE USUAL BUSINESS and these peopleand also a rather random assortment of hotties, dandys and drunken intellectuals thanxxx. Everyone I ever meet in London is a graphic designer, so I think I've fulfilled that quota.
