About Me

New Matchflick column 'Fragment: Consider Revising' out now.

I used review for the Skinny. And will do again once I am in the right place. Just for fun.

Just this guy, normal shaped bloke. I would imagine you would find me either quite lovable or just extremely annoying.

My Interests

All sorts of stuff.

I like music. I really like music. I like all sorts of music and do not consider myself to be a musical snob in any way. If you don't think that's cool then there is pretty much nothing I am going to do about it. I like live music and I am happy to champion struggling up and coming artists everywhere. If I like the first 30 seconds of the first song I hear I will add you. However if I come and see you and you suck, we will part ways. Deal?

Movies:

I like films. I really like films. I will watch anything from dumb action flicks to arty, depressing, indie Slovakian films. If I don't like it I will simply not watch it again.

Television:

I do not own a T.V. and I am more than happy with that, I watch everything over the interweb. These float my boat;
4400, Angel, Band of Brothers, Black Books, Blackadder, Bones, Buffy, Carnivale, Chappelle, Cheers, Clerks, Cow and Chicken, Da Ali G Show, Daria, Dead Like Me, Dharma and Greg, Desperate Housewives, Doctor Who, Everybody Hates Chris, Family Guy, Farscape, Father Ted, Fawlty Towers, Frasier, Freaks and Geeks, Friends, Futurama, Green Wing, Have I Got News For You, Hollyoaks, House, How I met Your Mother, IT Crowd, Knight Rider (oh yes), The L Word, Life on Mars, Little Britain, Lost, Malcolm in the Middle, Mighty Boosh, Millenium, Monty Python, Muppets, My name is Earl, My So Called Life, The O.C, The Office, Powerpuff Girls, Press Gang, Red Dwarf, Robot Chicken, Rome, Roseanne, Scrubs, Simpsons, Six Feet Under, Smallville, South Park, Spaced, Star Trek, Still Game, Tenacious D, Torchwood, Tru Calling, Twin Peaks, Ugly Betty, Veronica Mars, Weeds, Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Will and Grace (urgh), Wonder Years, X-Men Evolution.

Relentless, it's amazing!
Ipso Facto Xavier once sold a copy of 'Girlfriend In A Coma' to Douglas Coupland.
Xavier once put a flower in Sandi Thom's Hair and told her to be a punk rocker.
Xavier's older half brother is Eddie from Iron Maiden.
Xavier did not sleep with Nicola from Girls Aloud, despite very compelling reports to the contrary.
