In the 50's, Robin Luke performed the first recognized electric rock uke in his hit "Susie Darlin'". In the 60's, Little Bob (Hvratlin) and his Electric Ukulele performed the instrumental "Rock That Uke" after which we named our documentary. Warren, with "Torn Uke," you sir, have boldly declared yourself their natural heir to the throne! All hail the Tornado! Bill Robertson: ROCK THAT UKE http://www.myspace.com/rockthatuke
"Tornadic Ukulele’s Torn Uke, morphs a rarely used musical instrument into a rockin’ way to enjoy music. Tornadic Ukulele’s Torn Uke is not your garden-variety album. Listeners will be drawn into its sound and really get a taste for something new and different in the musical universe." Sari N. Kent - The Celebrity Cafe
