Up For Nothing

Up For Nothing is a Brooklyn , New York based Punk/Rock band formed in the summer of 2002. We have been spreading our sound through our high energy live show up and down the East Coast for the last 5 years... We play music for the love of it, and put every ounce of ourselves into our records, and into our performance! We've all been around music since we were all little boys, and this band is our way of giving back what we've taken in... I can't even name the amazing people, and bands that we've met, & shared the stage with throughout the last 5 years!! It's truly an amazing thing what playing music will do for you! We are currently recording our brand new CD titled "We're Singing Our Last Breath" with the one and only Jerry Farley. The 13 song record will be put out through Winter Street Records based out of Boston, Massachusetts. The new songs are extremely hard to label however they have been written with speed, aggression, and sing along style melodies. We will be having our "OFFICIAL" Record Release party in Coney Island on AUGUST 2nd to celebrate the release of the BEST record we've ever been a part of!! 9 Bands, Up For Nothing's New Record!, Nathan's Hot Dogs, Cotton Candy, The Cyclone, The Arcades, The Ocean, Coney Island's LAST summer of existence....
