A lil something from my Caldron!!!

About Me

FIRST OFF.... CAULDRON IS SPELT TWO WAYS BITCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET A DICTIONARY.............. LOL................What do hip hop and ballerinas in tutus and shell toes have in common? Not much, you say, if you haven..t yet come across MC Triple Witch, a.k.a. Natske.
Natske morphed into MC Triple Witch in 2003 after joining two of Australia's most talented lyricists QC a.k.a. Quality Control and L.Skillz a.k.a. Lykwid Skillz. Known as LYRICORE, Natske says the name Triple Witch came up almost by accident.
.. "One day up at the studio QC said I was being a witch. So I said I'd Triple Witch his ass among other things and it just stuck. Surprisingly the fact that I can cackle like a witch is pure coincidence," she laughs.
.. Joining Lyricore allowed Natske to develop her skills. Lyricore's sound is a mix of BEP, Spooks and Linkin Park with an edgy twist. In 2005, Lyricore got rid of all excess baggage to begin working on their album "We Have Issuez" released by Panic Station Studioz.
.. "The title for us is perfect because it reflects what all of us have gone through and the journey we have taken to get where we are now, which listeners can relate to," she explains.
Later in 2005 Natske performed at the And! Mix Tape Tour alongside DJ Samurai, Ken Hell and Weapon X. Recently, she featured with QC and MC Panic on Purpose n Destiny's EP released by Nurcha Records and Panic Station Studioz - the track is due for release later in 2006.
.. 2006 has marked a change in direction for Natske, who began using her mic to spit her own brand of fluid yet tech-heavy rhymes. "I'm perfecting my rhymes all the time, when I come out on stage I want to sound different," she says.
So how did it all begin?
Born deep in tha Sydney heartland, by the age of five Natske was rockin' the ballet stage. Introduced to hip hop by her older sisters, she fell in love with the rhymes of Salt n Pepa, Remy, Lauryn Hill, Public Enemy, Beastie Boys, De La Soul and MJB.
.. During her teenage years, Natske continued her love affair with beats, rhymes and dance. At 14, she toured the USA with ACE under the direction of Robyn Dixon. Working with America's top choreographers, Bboys and Bgirls Natske performed sell out shows at world famous venues including Disney Land, Palm Springs and Knott's Berry Farm.
.. Back in Australia, Natske continued to rock the stage, dancing her way through the X Games, Crusty Demons, Mo Awards, the Bacardi Festival and several Sydney festivals. Her film debut - as a Hero Dancer for The Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions - soon followed.
.. "It was a great experience," says Natske. " I rubbed shoulders with some really talented guys, like Eric 'Baby E' Devellerez - he's Australia's best head spinning Bboy."
.. Natske,..thirsty for some recording experience, made her first track "Don't need you," featuring MC Myst during a trip to LA which ended up on BET USA for a Nelly promotional video. Hooking up with Phil and Chris of BNA Productions on her return to Australia, she was entranced by their phat bass lines with just a hint of timbaland finesse.
.. Recording "Come baby" and "Ladies get down with BNA, Natske then scored herself a regular MCing gig at Fox Studios and performed at a number of other Sydney night spots.
.... What..s on the cards for 3W?
Triple Witch and QC have just launched a brand new hip hop crew, 2 of a Kind. Currently on a massive recording blitz the duo are doin.. time in the studio. Keep..those ears finely tuned for killa new tracks coming your way...
