Co4Sure

Co4Sure is a three MC Australian hip hop outfit from the Adelaide Hills. ___The crew formed in 2001 when Maka and Jeneral MC (Jral) started writing rhymes and making beats on a drum machine and Jral's Mum's church organ (that was dope as original material...let me tell ya!). They then realised the potential of musical creation on their home PC. Two years later, Neil (Howie) Housego joined to complete the crew. Since then the boys have been rockin shows and have neva looked back.... ___Co4Sure’s sound is up-tempo, party orientated, head nodding magic. The crew delivers a variety of music styles from hard hitting, meaningful story writing to fun loving, party time Australian hip hop that leaves listeners rocking. Their live shows are filled with an electric stage presence and are not to be mis. ___After six years of writing tracks and rockin shows, the Co4Sure crew have finally come up with a product that they feel is ready for the ever expanding Australian hip hop scene. The crew are about to drop their debut EP ‘Spread Out’. The title track ‘Spread Out’ is a fusion of bangin bass, slammin drums and orchestra hits combined with abstract punchline lyrics aimed at keeping a smile on the heads of listeners. ___The EP has six tracks plus a remix of the title track 'Spread Out' by Simplex and has some further guest appearances including mixing by bDeps @ The Crackhouse and cuts by DJ dL. The EP also includes the hilarious film clip to the single ‘Spread Out’! ___The EP will be in stores March 2007 and will also be available for preview and purchase at www.co4sure.com. ___Co4Sure have spent the last four years building a solid foundation in Adelaide and have played many shows at the Rhino Room supporting acts such as 'Terra Firma', ‘Morganics’, ‘Style High Club’ and ‘A Tribe is Forming’. Co4Sure were a part of the 2006 Adelaide Fringe Festival playing their explosive set at the Carclew ‘Off The Couch’ hip hop showcase and the ‘Acquiescence: Creating not Dreaming’ festival. The crew also set the roof on fire whilst supporting the ‘Bliss N Esso’ album launch at Earth Nightclub in Feb 2006.___Co4Sure are aiming to spend the first half of 2007 ensuring the successful release of their debut EP. The goal is to spread word of Co4Sure and further develop the crew’s presence in the Australian Hip Hop scene. In the second half of 2007, Co4Sure will begin working on new material for release in early 2008.___
