I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. House music was first introduced to me in 1987. Some of my early influences included Bad Boy Bill, Julian Jumpin Perez and Dj Pierre. Being under 21 and having to use my Fake ID I was hitting clubs such as The Shelter, China Club, Prime-n-Tender, Riviera Nightclub and McGreevy’s.
In 1993 I moved to Las Vegas. I was party’ in it up in Vegas at USA Underground, Mad Dog & Englishman, 5th Avenue Pub, The Palladium and the Shark Club. I was traveling to Seattle, Vancouver, Los Angeles, San Fran and Florida just to see some of my favorite dj's play.
I always thought about djing so in 1997 Dj Speedy, who is not only a very talented dj but a good friend, taught me the basic's behind the decks. After djing for about 6 months I got my first gig on a Thursday night at club "Utopia" in Las Vegas.
During the next two years I moved back to southern California for work and didn't spin very much. In 2001 I returned to Las Vegas starting up a local Dj Booking company called BoyGirlBookings. I also threw a few events/parties that landed me write ups in the Las Vegas Weekly which helped give BoyGirl Bookings a name in Vegas.
In 2003 I got a job offer in southern California so I left Las Vegas and moved once again. I continued djing for the next 4 years and was part of the "Couchdjs" (a dj crew out of southern California). Some of the clubs and events I played while in California: The Hollywood Canteen, Zip Fusion, Rain, The Shark Club, Deeper Mood Parties, BodyRock in the Park as well as internet radio shows.
The cost of living for me in California was getting to be too expensive. So I decided to move back again to Las Vegas in April of 2007. Currently I have a residency djing every Thursday from 9pm-1am at The Artisan Hotel. I also sometimes play at the Redroom (Soulkitchen). If you come out you’ll hear House, Breaks, Chicago House, Tech House and Minimal. My Contact email is:
