Keyboard player HARVEY BAINBRIDGE will be familiar to all fans of progressive,heavy rock as bass/keyboardist in legendary space-rock outfit HAWKWIND. in all harvey spent more than 20 years with the hawks which took him touring throughout the world and recording over a dozen albums..
JOHN BOOTLE played bass during the 90's with another legendary 70,s hard rock act, STRAY.
JOHN SEATON was lead singer in TREASON and APOCALYPSE - two bands who were busy on the thrash metal circuit in the 80,s.
DAN WARREN is a veteran drummer of many metal outfits in his native australia.
The music of EGO PRIME is VERY heavy, progressive rock/metal. combining muscle with melody. and perfecting a style and sound that will be immediately recognizable as their own. the band originally recorded a 17 track album which has been available on their website, www.egoprime.com - this , however , has been pulled for now due to unhappiness with the production. instead, the band has concentrated on re-working four tracks from the album, all of which appear on this page. the four tracks have been packaged into an demo E.P which is available through the website.
